We deliver all orders using reputable courier services that offer Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you only pay when your order arrives at your doorstep—no need for advance online payment.

Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make at least one attempt to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier may contact you or attempt redelivery. In cases where the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple tries, the package may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Rayla Hikes is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information.
