We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rayla Hikes. If something isn’t right, our return policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The product packaging is intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

Refund Process
Since we operate using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are also handled in cash or via store credit. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm the refund method and ensure you are compensated accordingly.

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, are returned without original packaging, or were damaged due to misuse after delivery.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
